Ryann Bailey is a Brockville, Ontario–based REALTOR® with deep community roots and a lifelong commitment to service. Raised in a family dedicated to public service, Ryann is the granddaughter of the late Gerry Curtis, a respected retired Police Chief; the daughter of Mike Bailey, a retired Fire Captain; and Cathy Curtis, a retired REALTOR® whose career inspired Ryann to follow in her footsteps as a second-generation real estate professional.
Before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2020, Ryann spent 19 years in nursing—an experience that shaped her client-first approach grounded in empathy, trust, and attentive listening. These skills allow her to guide clients calmly and confidently through what can often be one of the most emotional and important decisions of their lives.
In 2024, Ryann held a brokerage management role at a previous brokerage, where she supported agents through mentorship, leadership, and operational guidance while continuing to serve her own clients at a high level. She has completed studies in Canadian Business with distinction and is a certified Usui Reiki Master, reflecting her belief in balance, wellness, and mindful decision-making—both personally and professionally.
